Verbatim from the operative section of the order's own record page (https://circuit7.org/orders/g-2025-053/), harvested 2026-08-03; whitespace normalised only. • Law enforcement agencies are to submit Notices/Citations to the Clerk of Court in the county in which the non-criminal infraction occurred within 24 hours of issuance. • Alleged violators who wish to contest a citation and request a hearing before a County Court judge must do so within 30 days of the issue date of the Notice/Citation by contacting the Clerk of Court. • IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that alleged violators who wish to contest a citation, fail to pay the fine, or request a court date within 30 days of the issue date are to be set for arraignment before a County Court judge.
