• 1. All supervised visitation programs operating within the Eighth Judicial Circuit • which accept referrals of clients pursuant to an order of any court within the Eighth Judicial • Circuit must comply with standards promulgated by the Florida Supreme Court in its • Administrative Order dated 18 November 1999. A copy of that administrative order is attached • to this order, and by this reference is made a part of this order. • 2. Every supervised visitation program operating within the Eighth Judicial Circuit • must enter into an agreement with the Chief Judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit before it • accepts the referral of clients pursuant to an order of any court within the Eighth Judicial • 3. Judges of the Eighth Judicial Circuit who refer clients to supervised visitation • programs operating in the Eighth Judicial Circuit shall utilize only the services of those programs • which have entered into an agreement which satisfies the requirements of this order. • 4. The Court Administrator of the Eighth Judicial Circuit shall maintain a list of • supervised visitation programs in the Eighth Judicial Circuit which comply with the • requirements of this order.
