Counsel is responsible for the filings and representations bearing their signatures and should have the proper verification protocols in place to ensure the duty of candor to the Court is fulfilled. To that end, the Court does not prohibit the use of A.I. in its division; however, if counsel has used A.I. in the preparation of any motion, brief, or other paper filed with the Court, and assigned to Judge Beasley or Division 80, counsel MUST, in a clear and plain factual statement, disclose that A.I. has been used in the filing, and CERTIFY, that each and every citation to the law or the record in the paper, has been independently verified as accurate. Failure to comply may result in sanctions against the party including the striking of motion, brief, or other paper.
