Directs the County Auditor, CSCD and Court Collections to apply misdemeanor payments in a fixed order: for County Courts at Law 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 — family violence fee, then individual restitution, then monthly supervisory fees until current, then fines and court costs 50/50, then miscellaneous fees; for County Court at Law No. 6 — family violence fee, restitution, fines and court costs 50/50, then supervisory fees, then miscellaneous fees.

JOINT RESOLUTION REGARDING PRIORITIZATION OF COURT COLLECTIONS This Order of the Criminal County Court at Law Judges is intended to direct the Bexar County Auditor's Office, CSCD, and Bexar County Court Collections to adjust the Court Collection priorities as follows: County Courts at Law numbers 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15: 1st priority – 100% Family Violence fee until paid in full; 2nd priority – 100% Restitution (individual) until paid in full; 3rd priority – 100% Monthly supervisory fees until current for the month; 4th priority – Fines (50%) and Court Costs (50%) until paid in full; Remainder to miscellaneous fees, including Crime Stoppers Fee, Lab Fees, and Court Appointed Fees, if applicable. County Courts at Law numbers 6: 1st priority – 100% Family Violence fee until paid in full; 2nd priority – 100% Restitution (individual) until paid in full; 3rd priority – Fines (50%) and Court Costs (50%) until paid in full; 4th priority – 100% Monthly supervisory fees until current for the month; Remainder to miscellaneous fees, including Crime Stoppers Fee, Lab Fees, and Court Appointed Fees, if applicable.
