PART 1 (General Provisions), Rule 1.1 Purpose: "These rules govern the filing of all documents in guardianship actions, in the Brazos County Clerk’s Office. This includes not only documents filed to initiate the case but also the administration of guardianship proceedings (including but not limited to filing of inventories, an[nual accounts]...)." The rules set the required forms, filing procedures, and administration requirements for guardianship cases in the county courts at law.
