The Brazos County Local Rules of Administration (adopted June 28, 2023, effective July 11, 2023) — the county-wide master local rules governing the district courts and county courts at law: court administration, case assignment and transfer, settings and dockets, motion and hearing practice, and the courts’ general procedural requirements.

The Brazos County Local Rules of Administration govern the administration of the district courts and county courts at law of Brazos County — court organization and the local administrative judge, assignment and transfer of cases, settings and docket management, motion/hearing practice, and general procedural requirements.
