The Cooke County Court at Law's annotated sample Inventory, Appraisement and List of Claims (Form 202) states the Court's filing expectations: the Court will not approve an inventory if the bond is insufficient or if the Notice to Creditors has not been filed; a legal description is required for real property; and community property is reduced by fifty percent.
