STANDING ORDER REGARDING CONFIDENTIALITY OF CERTAIN FILINGS FOR THE 357TH DISTRICT COURT WHEREAS, the protection of children and the best interests of children has always been the primary focus of the 387th District Court; and WHEREAS, in order to maintain the confidentiality of certain child related cases in our current filing system, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all filings in the Fort Bend County District Clerk's Office involving: 1. Child of Assisted Reproduction and Gestational Agreements under Chapter 160, et seq. of the Texas Family Code 2. Termination of parental rights under Chapter 161, et seq. of the Texas Family Code; 3. Adoptions under Chapter 162, et seq. of the Texas Family Code; and 4. A governmental entity under Chapter 262, et seq. of the Texas Family Code; The Court further ORDERS that only the parties, attorneys of record, the amicus attorney, attorneys ad litem, guardians ad litem, if any, in the specific case, and all Court staff may have access to the files listed above. The above referenced parties, lawyers and ad litems shall be allowed to e-file documents for inclusion in these confidential files. All others interested in viewing any of the above files must file motion for same and obtain an order signed by a judge with jurisdiction over these chapters in the Family Code. IT IS SO ORDERED.
