Frio County's four justices of the peace agree, as a standing order that renews every five days until rescinded, to exchange benches whenever convenient — covering magistration at the county jail, persons charged with crimes or brought before a justice, capias pro fine arrests under Code of Criminal Procedure art. 45.045, holding court for another justice on request, and inquest duties.

BENCH EXCHANGE AGREEMENT OF JUSTICES OF THE PEACE OF FRIO COUNTY, TEXAS (Section 27.054, Texas Government Code) Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sec. 27.054, the four Justices of the Peace in Frio County, Texas; Judge Shanna Gates of Pct., Judge Sandra Waldrum of Pct.2, Judge Susana Ruiz-Belding of Pct. 3, and Judge Jack Proctor of Pct. 4; hereby agree to exchange benches as a standing order, to exchange whenever convenient.
