This Administrative Order shall apply to each Application for the Appointment of a Guardian filed in Gregg County, Texas on or after January 1, 2011. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all Attorneys Ad Litem appointed after January 1, 2011 on a Application for Appointment of a Guardian shall be required to follow the Due Diligence Checklist and other materials provided by the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all Attorneys Ad Litem and Guardians Ad Litem appointed after January 1, 2011 on an Application for Appointment of a Guardian shall receive a fee at the hourly rate of $85.00 for any fee to be paid by Gregg County, Texas, and $125.00 on all other matters for service on behalf of the Proposed Ward, and the Attorney Ad Litem shall file an itemized Sworn Statement of Services and Fees with a narrative of time expended and services rendered upon completion of the Case.
