Standing Order Adopting Local Rules for the District Courts of Hays County, Texas (effective August 21, 2024). Pursuant to the authority granted the District Courts by Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 3a and in compliance with Rule 10 of the Texas Rules of Judicial Administration, the Local Rules for the District Courts of Hays County are approved and adopted; they supersede all local rules previously adopted by the District Courts and apply to all cases pending in the District Courts as of the effective date; and they are submitted to the Office of Court Administration for publication. (Adopted by the judges of the 22nd, 207th, 274th, 428th, 453rd and 483rd District Courts of Hays County.)
