ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER OF THE 66TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, COUNTY COURT AT LAW, AND COUNTY COURT OF HILL COUNTY, TEXAS, REGARDING PAY-OUTS FROM SUMS COLLECTED THROUGH THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM OF HILL COUNTY, TEXAS, FROM CRIMINAL DEFENDANTS (filed August 18, 2025). IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, DECREED and SUBJECT TO any contravening provision of law, if any, that all officials responsible for dealing with the pay-outs for sums collected and identified as sums assigned for payment by a defendant in the 66th Judicial District Court, County Court at Law, and County Court of Hill County, Texas, be paid out with the following priority and schedule of payment being given effect: 1. Restitution to victim(s); 2. Sexual Assault Program Fund fee, if any, and if applicable, and as may take priority by applicable state statute; 3. Court-ordered and assigned urinalysis fee(s), if any, and if applicable, administered through the CSCD (Adult Probation Department), then followed by court-ordered and assigned adult probation supervision fee(s), regular and delinquent, if any, and if applicable, in the amount ordered paid as such; 4. Hot check fees; 5. Interpreter fees; 6. Fine; 7. Increased fine; 8. Court costs; 9. Local program fees. This Order shall remain in effect until further order of this Court. Signed in August 2025 (the day is illegible in the posted copy; filed with the District Clerk August 18, 2025); the posted copy bears the signature of the County Court at Law Judge.
