One-page scan read by eye; typed from the page. The PDF's OCR layer drops the word 'not' from 'The magistrate need not submit an Application' (the page prints 'need not' in bold italics, underlined) and the second article citation; both were read from the page. The letter names the administrative judge 'currently' serving on January 4, 2023; it is quoted as written.
