WHEREAS, the CSCD may receive requests or subpoenas for CSCD records from the attorney on record for individuals currently on community supervision. “CSCD records” for this order is specific to all items obtained during the course of supervision with the exception of criminal history, driver license history, and protected health information such as mental or medical health records.
