Pursuant to Section 17.029 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, the Court orders that the District Clerk of Navarro County immediately transmit, via electronic communication to the Court Coordinator for the 13th District Court, a request for review of a bail decision; the review of the bail decision will occur within 24 hours or the next business day and be placed on the record; and the District Court will, if necessary, conduct the review on weekends and holidays to comply with the statute if it is unable to do so on the next business day.
