Probate hearings are in person (Zoom only for out-of-state applicants or medical travel concerns). Probate dockets are the 2nd and 4th Wednesday, finalized the Wednesday before, and are scheduled through the Court Coordinator. The Probate Auditor sets no hearing until all pleadings, proposed orders, reports and documents are in. An original will must be filed with the County Clerk within 72 hours
