In which case, each party shall be given thirty minutes to present oral arguments in support of the submissions of said party. Upon proper filing of a Motion for Summary Judgment, the Motion shall be set for hearing on the first Wednesday following thirty (30) days from the filing of the motion. This should allow the filing party to provide proper service if not effectuated at the time of filing. All responses to said motion must be submitted no later than seven (7) prior to the first Wednesday following thirty (30) days from the filing of the motion. All Motions for Continuance must be submitted in writing, with a Certificate of Conference indicating the parties have discussed the Motion, OR in writing with an agreed order containing the signatures of all parties. Motions for Continuance shall contain the reason for the request, as well as an anticipated timeframe for said reason to be resolved.
