Upon receipt of a defendant’s chronological-history information from CSCD, the attorney representing the state shall comply with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 39.14. 6. The defendant’s attorney may provide a copy … to the attorney representing the state. 7. If either the defendant’s attorney or the attorney representing the state receives a defendant’s CSCD chronological-history information from opposing counsel, the information may not be further copied, shared, or otherwise disseminated. 8. Anything other than a defendant’s chronological-history information contained within the CSCD file may be obtained only by order of the supervising court. 9. A third party requesting information contained within the defendant’s CSCD file must present a written motion to the supervising court. 10. This order may be enforced by contempt. 11. A written request to CSCD for chronological-history information must contain the following acknowledgement: “I am the attorney for [the state / the defendant] in this case. I am requesting a copy of the defendant’s chronological-history information from CSCD. I affirm that I will not copy, share, or otherwise disseminate the defendant’s chronological-history information, or any other information that I have obtained from CSCD, with anyone other than opposing counsel in the cause unless authorized by order of the supervising court. I understand that this request is made under the Standing Order Regarding Files of the Community Supervision and Corrections Department of Tarrant County, Texas, and may be enforced by contempt.” 12.
