Travis County Probate Court Administrative Order Authorizing Inspection of Records of Mental Health Proceedings. Consistent with Chapters 571 and 574 of the Texas Health and Safety Code, which make mental-health court records confidential but authorize their inspection by specified persons and upon court order, the Order authorizes the inspection of the records of mental-health proceedings before the Travis County Probate Court by the persons and for the purposes identified in the Order, so that those entitled to the records may inspect them while their confidentiality is otherwise preserved.
