Travis County Probate Court No. 1 Amended Administrative Order (2026-2) Requiring the Use of the Court's Account Submission Checklist. The Court finds a need for an administrative order regarding annual and final accounts because court staff spend excessive time remediating accounts filed in an incomplete state or without adequate supporting documentation. The Order requires that annual and final accounts filed in the Court be submitted using the Court's Account Submission Checklist (and the required supporting documentation), and provides that accounts not submitted with the completed checklist may be returned or not accepted, so that accounts are filed complete and ready for the Court's review.
