Standing Order Releasing Report Made Pursuant to Article 16.22, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure (Travis County District Courts and County Courts at Law; signed June 24, 2022). The Court ORDERS the Travis County Sheriff's Office to make available to the Court, the defense attorney and the prosecutor the results of any mental-health evaluation conducted pursuant to Article 16.22 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, so that the parties and the Court have the report needed to address the defendant's competency and mental-health needs in the criminal proceeding.
