Administrative order of Travis County Probate Court No. 1 (amending Administrative Orders 2015-3, 2019-7 and 2021-10 to carry the Bill of Rights as revised by SB 1624 in 2023) requiring the Clerk, whenever an application for guardianship is filed, to attach the "Bill of Rights for Persons under Guardianship" to each personal citation on the proposed ward issued under Estates Code §1051.103(a)(1) or §1251.005.
Applies to every application for guardianship filed in Travis County Probate Court No. 1 (the Clerk attaches the Bill of Rights to the personal citation on the proposed ward). Administrative Order 2023-11 — Administrative Order Requiring "Bill of Rights for Persons under Guardianship" to Be Attached to the Personal Citation on the Proposed Ward in all Applications to Appoint a Guardian. … It is therefore ordered that when an application for guardianship is filed, the Clerk must attach to each personal citation on a proposed ward … the "Bill of Rights for Persons under Guardianship" that is attached to this Order.
