GENERAL RULES: A. Decorum — the standards of conduct and courtroom decorum required of counsel and parties; B. Designation of Cases; C. Temporary Restraining Orders, Writs of Attachment, Writs of Garnishment, and Writs of Sequestration; D. Setting a Case for Hearing; together with further general rules on hearings, vacation of counsel, electronically transmitted documents, the local presiding judge, and the Rules of Administration of the Third Administrative Judicial Region.
