SUSPENSION OF BREWER'S LICENSE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
If a brewer violates a provision of this code or a rule of the commission, the commission or administrator may order the brewer to cease and desist from the violation and may suspend its license, after notice and hearing, until the licensee obeys the order.
