RIGHT TO DISTRIBUTION.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Subject to Section 153.210, when a partner becomes entitled to receive a distribution, the partner has with respect to the distribution the status of and is entitled to all remedies available to a creditor of the limited partnership.
