VOTING BY MAIL OR BY DELEGATES.

(a) If a cooperative association has provided for voting by mail or by delegates, a provision of this chapter referring to votes cast by members of the cooperative association applies to votes cast by mail or by delegates.
(b) A delegate may not vote by mail.
