SERVICE OF NOTICE ON COURT REPORTER.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) In addition to requirements for service of notice of appeal imposed by Rule 25.1(e), Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, notice of appeal, including an interlocutory appeal, must be served on each court reporter responsible for preparing the reporter's record.
(b) Repealed by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 7 (H.B. 16), Sec. 12.10(10), eff. December 4, 2025.
