PROTECTIVE ORDER OFFENSES.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
An offense under Section 25.07 or 25.072, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county in which:
(1) the protective order was issued; or
(2) the offense was committed, without regard to the identity or location of the court that issued the protective order.
