Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
Subject to the approval of the commissioners court, the medical examiner may employ deputy examiners, scientific experts, trained technicians, officers, and other employees as necessary to properly perform the duties imposed on the medical examiner by this subchapter.
