Tex. Educ. Code § 21.063 · Subchapter B. CERTIFICATION OF EDUCATORS
TEACHER DESIGNATIONS ON CERTIFICATE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The board shall place on or remove from a teacher's certificate the appropriate designation issued to the teacher under Section 21.3521:
(1) after being notified by the agency of the issuance or removal of the designation; or
(2) if the board determines that removal of the designation is necessary because of action taken against the teacher's certificate.
