Tex. Educ. Code § 62.095 · Subchapter E. TEXAS COMPREHENSIVE RESEARCH FUND
APPROPRIATION OF FUND TO ELIGIBLE INSTITUTIONS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
In each state fiscal year, amounts shall be appropriated to eligible institutions in the same manner that research performance funding is appropriated to institutions eligible to receive funding from the Texas University Fund under Section 62.1482(a).
