Tex. Educ. Code § 87.501 · Subchapter F. TEXAS A&M INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY
ESTABLISHMENT; SCOPE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) Texas A&M International University is a coeducational educational institution located in the city of Laredo. The institution is a component institution of The Texas A&M University System and is under the management and control of the board of regents of The Texas A&M University System.
(b) The board has the same powers and duties concerning Texas A&M International University as are conferred on it by statute concerning Texas A&M University.
(c) The institution may teach undergraduate or graduate level courses.
