Tex. Est. Code § 1158.152 · Subchapter D. SALE OF LIVESTOCK
CONTENTS OF APPLICATION; HEARING.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) An application under Section 1158.151 must:
(1) describe the livestock sought to be sold; and
(2) state why granting the application is necessary or to the estate's advantage.
(b) The court:
(1) shall consider the application; and
(2) may hear evidence for or against the application, with or without notice, as the facts warrant.
