NOTICE OF APPLICATION.

Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025

Notice of an application to transfer a guardianship under this subchapter shall be:

(1) served personally on the ward; and

(2) given to the foreign court to which the guardianship is to be transferred.
