APPLICABILITY.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
This subchapter does not apply to:
(1) the appointment of an independent executor or administrator under Section 401.002 or 401.003(a); or
(2) the appointment of a successor independent administrator under Section 404.005.
