OPPOSITION TO SALE.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
During the period prescribed in a citation issued under Section 356.253, any person interested in the estate may file:
(1) a written opposition to the sale; or
(2) an application for the sale of other estate property.
