Tex. Fin. Code § 156.2081 · Subchapter C. RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN COMPANY LICENSES AND REGISTRATION
REINSTATEMENT AFTER EXPIRATION.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A person whose license has expired may not engage in activities that require a license until the license has been renewed.
(b) A person who is otherwise eligible to renew a license, but has not done so before January 1, may renew the license before March 1 by paying the commissioner a reinstatement fee in an amount equal to 150 percent of the required renewal fee.
