Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A person may not originate or make a wrap mortgage loan unless the person is licensed or registered to originate or make residential mortgage loans under Chapter 156, 157, or 342 or is exempt from licensing or registration as provided under an applicable provision of those chapters.
