Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A foreign bank licensed under this subchapter to establish and maintain a Texas state branch or agency may not concurrently maintain a federal branch or federal agency in this state.
(b) A foreign bank which maintains a federal branch or federal agency in this state may not concurrently be licensed under this subchapter to maintain a Texas state branch or agency.
