TRANSFER OF MANAGEMENT OF REHABILITATED SAVINGS BANK.

If the savings bank is rehabilitated to the satisfaction of the commissioner, the conservator shall return the management of the savings bank to the savings bank's board under terms that are reasonable and necessary to prevent a recurrence of the conditions that created the need for conservatorship.
