AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
To develop and diversify the economy of this state and eliminate unemployment or underemployment in this state under the authority granted by Section 52-a, Article III, Texas Constitution, the commissioners court may issue and sell bonds to finance an action taken under Section 1477.001.
