Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) As provided in the ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds under this subchapter, the municipality may issue and negotiate additional bonds as necessary.
(b) Additional bonds that are sold are on a parity with bonds of the same issue.
