Tex. Gov't Code § 1505.077 · Subchapter B. BONDS FOR NAVIGATIONAL FACILITIES IN CERTAIN COASTAL MUNICIPALITIES
AUTHORITY FOR COUNTY APPROPRIATIONS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
A county in which is located a municipality to which this chapter applies may:
(1) appropriate any available revenue of the county to the municipality for use in:
(A) constructing a bridge;
(B) reclaiming or reconstructing submerged land; or
(C) constructing seawall or breakwater protection for its waterfront; or
(2) appropriate and apply any available revenue to the operation or maintenance of any such project.
