Tex. Gov't Code § 154.104 · Subchapter C. CERTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION
CERTIFICATION TO SUPREME COURT.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The commission shall certify to the supreme court the name of each qualified applicant for certification under Section 154.101 who has passed the examination.
(b) The commission shall certify to the supreme court the name of each applicant who meets the qualifications for certification as:
(1) an apprentice court reporter; or
(2) a provisional court reporter.
