PROGRAM PROVIDER LICENSE ENDORSEMENTS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A license for a program provider must be endorsed with one or more of the following classifications:
(1) the alcohol educational program for minors;
(2) the drug offense educational program;
(3) the educational program for intoxication offenses; or
(4) the intervention program for intoxication offenses.
(b) A license holder may not provide a court-ordered program for which the person's license is not endorsed.
