Tex. Gov't Code § 2155.506 · Subchapter I. MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT SCHEDULE
REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) A vendor listed on a contract for a schedule developed under this subchapter shall report its sales to the comptroller in the manner prescribed by the comptroller.
(b) The comptroller shall compile the information reported under Subsection (a) and include the information in its report under Section 2101.011.
