MANAGEMENT OF FACILITIES.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The commission shall develop and implement policies that clearly define the responsibilities of the commission and the commission's staff that relate to conducting facilities management services for state agency facilities under Section 2165.007.
(b) The state energy conservation office shall provide utility management services for state agency facilities for which the commission provides facilities management services under Section 2165.007.
