DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY AIRCRAFT.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The Department of Public Safety is primarily responsible for maintaining and scheduling aircraft the Department of Public Safety owns and operates.
(b) The Department of Public Safety shall base Department of Public Safety aircraft at locations throughout this state as the Department of Public Safety considers necessary.
(c) A pilot of an aircraft the Department of Public Safety owns and operates must be an employee of the Department of Public Safety.
