DURATION OF CERTAIN DESIGNATIONS.

The bank's designation of a qualified business as a defense readjustment project is effective until the fifth anniversary of the date on which the designation is made regardless of whether the readjustment zone in which the project is located expires before the fifth anniversary of the project.
