CLERK.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
The city manager, with the consent of the governing body of the city, shall appoint a clerk of the municipal courts of record who may hire, direct, and remove the personnel authorized in the city's annual budget for the clerk's office. The clerk shall perform the duties in accordance with statutes, the city charter, and city ordinances.
